On the third day of Christmas, I found a pair of Simms Freestone Waders underneath my tree! This was at the top of my wish list and probably many other anglers’ wish lists across the globe because of their sturdy construction and lifetime warranty. Simms Freestone waders utilize a Toray QuadraLam material that breathes, keeping you cool on hot days while the micro-fleece handwarmer pocket keeps your fingers warm on the coldest mornings. The incorporation of neoprene stockingfeet allow the user to change between different boots whether they have felt or rubber soles. Perhaps my favorite feature built into these waders is the internal zipper interface that allows me to zip in a Tippet Tender Pouch or Waterproof Wader Pouch. The Waterproof Wader Pouch really comes in handy since I typically lose/break/submerge at least one iPhone every year in the water! This handy tech pouch is touchscreen compatible, so you don't have to take your phone out to send a text or check the time.
